Chou is a Taiwanese painter who currently lived at Michigan, United States. During high school, Chou learned from 楊恩生教授. She was graduated from National Taiwan University and used to teach Chinese painting at Princeton Chinese School for 3-4years. Aslo have an exibition at that time.She learns from great water colorist in US –Nita Engle. She will have Exibition at Toledo Art Museum Jan 2009.
